MCP SmartFilter is a versatile filtration system. It can be customized to perfectly match specific customer requirements, with airflow capacities of up to 28,000 m³/h. It is suitable for fumes, smoke, and dust, and can be applied in various applications such as welding, metal cutting, and general dust collection.

The modular design allows for both standalone solutions and multi-filter configurations to meet expansion needs. With the new and improved cartridge design—round elements that optimally utilize the square space inside the dust collector—it delivers high airflow performance. As a result, system size and footprint are reduced.

Constructed from 2 mm galvanized steel panels, it is easy to install, cost-efficient for transportation, and provides excellent corrosion resistance. The optimized design ensures long filter life, resulting in a low total cost of ownership.

The control system is Insight-ready, featuring advanced pulse-cleaning logic that enables full system operation, including control and monitoring, as well as gateway functionality for cloud communication.

MCP SmartFilter offers a wide range of accessories, including fans, air inlets, hoppers, and more. Cartridges are available in various materials.
