B-Flap I PRO - Explosion isolation flap

The improved explosion isolation valve B-FLAP I PRO is certified in accordance with EN 16447 and EN 15089 standards. It has been tested by accredited laboratories, focusing on real operating conditions across various industrial processes.

With this upgraded version, a wide range of installation options is available. In compliance with current standards and certifications, the valve can be installed on both horizontal and vertical ducting. It is suitable for dust collection systems operating in both positive (pressure) and negative (vacuum) airflow conditions.
B-FLAP I PRO can also be installed in duct systems with obstacles, bends, or elbows between the protected equipment and the valve installation point.

Another enhancement is the increased maximum explosion pressure resistance (pmax) and a higher reduced explosion pressure value (pred, max) for the protected equipment where an explosion may occur. Based on the latest testing and certifications, the minimum installation distance has been reduced, while the maximum allowable distance from the protected equipment has been extended.

B-FLAP I PRO is capable of preventing the propagation of explosions caused by organic dust, smoldering dust, coarse dust, and metal dust up to explosion class St 3, as well as dust with extremely low Minimum Ignition Energy (MIE) and Minimum Ignition Temperature (MIT).

The new design of the B-FLAP I PRO makes installation and maintenance easier and more efficient.
